Turnaround cases: Or it’s a turnaround situation, underperforming or even losing money, and requires deep, hands-on expertise to fix.
And here’s the kicker: most buyers don’t have that industry-specific experience. So they walk into a high-risk bet, often with more complexity than they bargained for.
